Subtle colors that tends to bring out a calm, cool atmosphere yet gives a wider effect on the space.
LIGHTING: "TROPICALLY BRIGHT"
Natural lighting = Maximized and evenly distributed
Artificial Lighting = Color temperature 3000k-4500k (warm to cool white)
VENTILATION: "LIGHT AND AIRY"
Chilly and fresh which gives the impression of being exposed to nature.
ERGONOMY: "SOLIDITY & ACCESSIBILITY"
The ergonomics between spaces must be close to maintain proper interaction and access of residents but also must be comfortable with a sufficient amount of furniture and space circulation for all residents to be able to do activities together.
